What is your authenticity guarantee?

Every item we sell comes with our Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee. If at any time an item is proven to be inauthentic by a recognized expert, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price. This guarantee has no expiration date and transfers with the item if resold.

Our authentication process involves multiple steps: visual inspection by our experienced team, comparison with known authentic examples, research into provenance and historical records, and when appropriate, consultation with outside experts. We only accept items that meet our strict standards.
No. We do not sell reproductions, replicas, or fantasy items. Every piece in our inventory is a genuine historical artifact. If we ever had reason to believe an item was not authentic, it would not be offered for sale.

Condition & Grading

How do you grade item condition?
We use a detailed grading system: Excellent (minimal wear, complete), Very Good (light honest wear, complete), Good (moderate wear, may have minor issues), Fair (heavy wear, may need conservation). Each listing includes a specific condition description beyond the general grade.

Purchasing & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, bank wire transfers for large purchases, and personal checks (items ship after check clears). All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Yes, we offer layaway plans for items over $500. Terms are typically 25% down with the balance paid over 3-6 months. The item is reserved for you and ships when fully paid. Contact us to arrange a payment plan.

How do you ship items?
Items are carefully packaged using museum-quality materials and shipped via insured carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size and value). High-value items require signature confirmation. Tracking is provided for all shipments.

Do you buy military collectibles?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item was misrepresented. Custom orders and items marked ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for return.

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return authorization. We’ll provide a return shipping address and instructions. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Submit photos and descriptions through our website or email. Our team evaluates the items and provides an offer within 48-72 hours. If accepted, we arrange secure shipping or pickup. Payment is made within 24 hours of receiving the items
